Lets Keep It Real: the bebe dress?

bebe's one of a kind "bandage" dress has been best sellers but over this past year. You think those are bebe's original designs? YEAH RIGHT. bebe has been imitating the designs of Herve Leger. bebe and countless of other reatil chains such as arden b and express have been imitating this form fitting bondage dress.


But of course there have been many major offenders out there. The major offenders have ranged from different chains poorly imitating the dress to everyday girls knowing they have no business wearing that dress.

Yes his dresses are sexy but these dresses are becoming soooooooo played out. When you are having a ladies night out and you spot 5 girls in the same venue with the same dress as YOU, know its time to admit there is a problem. I know these dresses are not going away anytime soon. First it was Herve --- then BCBG -- then bebe --- then forever21 --- oh lord wet seal replicas ---- seriously I do not event want to know whats next. See the image below. If you want to buy the Herve inspired dresses do as you feel, but please do not be upset when you spot several other girls with the exact same dress. Next time, just think twice about your fashion choices before you get sucked onto the "retail trend" wagon.

These shoes are fiya!! Giuseppe Zanotti has done it again. These bad girls are retailed at $850. Shocking? Yes. Afforable for the student or young professional? Heck no. Fierce? Ohhhh yes. The grade:
A+++.

SoooOoooOo..... if these are unattainable for your budget. Forever 21 has a slightly similiar pair that are not that bad. They are not Giuseppees, but heck the shoes are $24.80. Go ahead and be... FIERCE on your budget.

The Infamous Red Carpet

Ok, so the AMA awards was not so long ago. Of course my eyes were on the red carpet. I was focused on the fashion hit and misses.

First off, I am so proud of Omarosa! came a long way from being a traditional F. Its either bad makeup, unrereshing hair, or horrible outfit choices. Its always one or the other.

Lets take a look down memory lane…

I know this is the American Music Award, and you might feel the need to display “4^th of July, Dolly Parton American” pride, but no not today, not tomorrow. How about? Not ever. Actually… For Halloween, yes maybe. Ms. Jones you most definitely get an F.

My man Jamie Fox, is looking good, BUT until I scrolled down and saw those boots with that ensemble… Awww man Jamie. You wrong, you wrong! Jamie you are 41, you are entering a phase in your life where you should have refined mature style. You are usually impressive, but for this you get a D-.

For those born in the 1980’s and before, may know about musician extraordinaire, Shelia E. Sheila looks great for 51. Yes, 51. But hold up Ms. E. definitely has a bebe dress on. Sorry guys, I have this thing about celebs wearing things I can find at the mall. Especially if its on sale for 50% off. But home girl tried, I give her a B.

Rihanna, yes I heart Zac Posen too, but this look is not for you. She looks like a 21^st century milk maid. F

Hello World,

This is obviously the first entry for this soon to be fabulous blog. Lol. Just joking. Seriously, we were just joking. Welcome to our blog! You are probably asking yourself who are these chicks and what the hell are they writing about. Well it started when we were just sitting down talking about events that occurred over the day. One thing in common? A lot of buffoonery! Of course we vented, but more importantly we focused on solutions.

Let us start by asking you how many things in your life are based on some sort of scale; whether it is in your performance at school or work, your health, your looks, or your other skills. Not everyone gets an A+ when it comes to choices in life. Sometimes some people just deserve to get a B- others a fat F. This blog will give our grade on all aspects of life.
